wet n wild palette swatches and reviews

As stated in an earlier post (dupe for urban decay sin), I mentioned me swatching some wet n wild palettes I had in my makeup drawer that holds the new makeup I have gotten but need to use more to make a definitive decision.  Wow, way more than you needed to know about my makeup setup.

I swatched Walking on  Eggshells, Sweet as Candy and The Gilded Age.

Sweet as Candy and Walking on Eggshells are very similar as you will see in the swatches.  I was sort of disappointed with these two palettes because they aren't as pigmented and actually a bit chalkier then other Wet n Wild Palettes.  The eyelid e/s from WOE and SAC are the standouts.  Both could make really pretty highlight colors.

TGA e/s are beautiful as individual e/s and apply smoothly on the eyes.  While I personally wouldn't wear all 3 together (mostly b/c I don't know how, gotta work on that), they are really nice to look at and really pigmented.

Overall, I would pass on the WOE and SAC palettes but TGA is a very pretty palette that I should use more when doing my eye makeup.
