Medieval Times: a Cheesy but Fun experience

I have never been to Medieval Times before and thought it was a bad idea when it was announced that this is what we would be doing for a friend's birthday event.  I was looking forward to a bad time and not having any fun.  I was so wrong.  It was a lot of fun and I had a good time.  My b/f even lost his voice from screaming so much.  I took lots of pics of the food, the stage and friends.

Some tidbits:
You get assigned a knight to root for, ours was the black and white knight who wasn't very good at winning.

They give you tons of food.  Now when I think of mass produced food, I think it's gonna be bad but this food was pretty good, the apple turnover was the best though.  My best friend and I were the only ones to bring our food home in doggie bags. We had garlic bread, tomato soup, soda (which I don't think they had during these times), chicken, ribs, potato, cake, apple turnover, coffee.

Also they make fun of you if you eat with utensils, haha.

A lot of birthdays, anniversaries and even a bachelor party was there.  The MC made fun of the bachelor party, they even had shirts that said "what happens at medieval times, stays in medieval times".

You must get those wavy flag things to cheer your knight on, trust me you will have a better time with them.  As soon as we got those suckers in our hand, it turned into the best time ever.

They also have alcohol for you lushes out there, just kidding!! But I'm serious about the alcohol.

The decor in the main hall

The apple turnover, yummy!

The end of the night- wanted to snap a picture before I threw away the crown.  Kept the flag for some reason.
